Philosophy
I teach with the understanding that music is both a discipline and a passion. My goal as a teacher is to aid the cultivation of both these qualities. Each lesson is approached with the overall goal of developing a well rounded understanding of music theory, aural skills, voice techniques. This is done by first addressing what interestss and inspires each student, while introducing new materials, techniques, and methods. I strive to tailor lessons for each individual to best fit their needs and desires.
